When the poll workers this a.m. thanked me for voting, I said "It's a great pleasure!" They kind of chuckled. :)

I made sure I thanked the poll workers for their hard work today... they worked from 6:30am... and from the looks of the line I was in, they'll be there until 9:00... and they got $50 renumeration for their hard work.

Ditto...and told the woman whose house has held the voting the last few years how nice it is that she is willing to turn over her garage to voters every year.
