"couldn't name half of the first 10 amendments to the constitution."
That describes half the politicians in the USA, I would guess.

Oddly enough, I haven't heard anything yet saying that they wouldn't release exit polling data before the polls are closed. I anticipate that they won't do that until after 3pm today; they usually forget in the morning.

What the heck are you doing up at 5:30 am California time? I'm looking for exit polling!!!! Who could sleep on a day like this? How often do you get to kick a corrupt SOB to the curb?

I just got my free Gevalia coffee maker and espresso grind. Good coffee, but overpriced, so I cancelled. But I get to keep the maker. Nice for the office, it's slim and takes up little space.

The Admin Mod was kind enough to have it pulled for me. If Sabertooth hadn't put his up first, it would have stayed. He borrowed the idea from me. ;-)

That and I'm sometimes interested in political ads, which may be the reason they doesn't bother me, rather than something like a car ad.

Hey, are you in Camas, WA?

As far as I've seen, Gallagher didn't really campaign much - at least, not down in SoCal. My guess is that he played it up in his scheduled shows up north, but he wasn't really pushing it.
Although, I must say, the platform he posted on his website was entertaining enough...

Yeah political junkies can stay awake hours and hours... I remember Election Night 2000 and no one knew who won after midnight!

I intend to be exitpolled early and often. Tell 'em that you think you mistakenly voted for Pat Buchanan.

Hee! I did the free Gevalia-maker thing, too, except I got the thermal pot. It made a great office coffeepot, it did it did.
I do believe this is a morning for extremely strong coffee. I think I've got some dark roast around here somewhere...

Arnold is not the best choice. But I wouldn't call him brainless. The man is sharp as a tack.
However, I am waiting for the Demos to steal this one, anyway. There is such tremendous vote fraud in CA, and they own the judges.
The ballots and methods they have chosen are ridiculous. In the claim of effort at diversity, they have come up with voting methods that are neither fair nor efficient. And if a Republican wins, they will be the first to claim that in court.

As a sidebar, would somebody in the Golden State get an IV into Maria? I saw her on TV yesterday and though never a world-class beauty, she now looks worse than an extra in Night of the Living Dead.
