Why should any of us follow any Federal laws with this as a precedent?

It appears the illegals are also getting a pass on this one:

"the bureau's investigation found 274 workers at the warehouse had fraudulent or counterfeit documents."

Would that be a felony charge or misdemeanor for American citizens?
