I can't believe the incredible waste of highway funds to produce those stupid behavior modification lanes. They build separate bridges for them and everything.

If they want to ease traffic, then they should require that every goverment worker who can telecommute do so.

Good Lord yes, the damn roads around the bay area are nearly deserted on some of the oddball holidays. Those are days the host organism (Tax payer) gets a break...
