I think that the folks at webshots do NOT allow "remote third party linking" - hence the white box with the red "x" - BUT, you can force that image to show up when you read in this thread if you "cut and paste" the link below into your browser's address window, and go to that page on their website.
This will cause the image to download to a temporary file on your hard drive, and then you can return to this thread to see it here.

That works for me.
