"Still one must ask the obvious....why? "Because when you lack a strong foundation of values, you can vote for anything glitzy. Anything that seems fun, or somehow right at the moment. No deep serious thought is required. If it's for the children, vote for it. If it's for wildlife, vote for it. If it's an attractive person, vote for them. If you like their smile, vote for them. If you. If they promise you something you want, vote for them. Don't waste your time analyzing whether they can actually deliver it.
