Is the flight-school report the reason that the mention in this article of the Phoenix FBI office made my eyes pop out? I couldn't immediately think why that detail seemed important.

If you really read this article.....the only one who comes across as the "bad guy" is the writer of the famous "Phoenix Memo".

I was thinking the same thing. The woman with the last name of Crowley(?) came out after 9/11 and said someone in the Phoenix office stopped information about 9/11 from going any higher up on the chain.
