New anti-Arnold commercial

Posted on 10/06/2003 9:49:02 AM PDT by Hildy

Just saw the new anti-Arnold commercial. It goes something like this: Close-ups of women against a white backdrop.
Voice over: If you have a wife, a mother, a sister, if you know a woman from work then...
YOU CAN'T VOTE FOR ARNOLD SCHWARTZENEGGER.
Blah blah blah...and then they have a quote from an interview in some entertainment magazine about sticking a woman's head down a toilet. But with no explanation that it was from a movie. It's outrageous and despicable. How low will these people go.

Its as real as (R)nold No New Tax Pledge...

I think it's a real pity, all of the guys I thought had their heads on straight - Hannity, Hewitt, Rohrbacher...but it turns out that their critical thinking skills are lacking, or they have been infected by the AIDS virus of the Republican party...pernicious liberalism. What a pity...I lost alot of respect for all these men - especially Hewitt who sounds like a school-girl at a Beatles concert when he speaks of his hero Arnie.

GLENN BECK, Great Guy, just tore 'em a new one about 30 minutes ago on live, coast to coast radio.

He really took to task CONSERVATIVES who are not CONSISTENT CONSERVATIVES. He expressed what has been on my mind for a few weeks now.

1) The attacks last minute by LA Times and NOW-ites are politically motivated. OF COURSE they are.

2) Those bringing and hyping up the attacks and allegations on Arnold, if they covered for Bill Clinton and his pecadilloes four years ago, are sheer hypocrites and ought to STFU, as they have no right to comment.

3) There is most likely something of disturbing substance to the Schwarzenegger claims, since he did not strongly disavow the situation nor is it apparant he ever had a life changing event that changed the way he is with women.

4) Conservatives WHO COVER FOR SCHWARZENNEGER, but criticized Clinton, are full of crap and inconsistent.

5) GOP women with campaign signs out saying "Arnold Grope Me!" are the worst, for they cheapen the issue of 'Character for Officeholders' and show what hypocrites they truly are, and they are encouraging people in government with low morales, as long as they are in their own party. Unacceptable.

I cannot take any issue with these points. Very fair.

As for me, I am glad my consistent conservative vote (absentee) did not go to A.S., but went to a man of principle and character.

I disagree. Chris Smith, one of the most anti-abortion representatives in the House keeps getting elected again and again -- from Central New Jersey. That's the state that produced Christy "RINO" Whitman and elected the corpse of Frank Lautenberg over a pro-choice Republican.

Amen to what you said. I will be proudly casting my vote tomorrow for Tom McClintock. FYI on this.

That's an out and out lie; I have only just started reposting at FR last Thursday or Friday, after being gone for almost two weeks.

Strange, a cursory search finds this blathering from last Wednesday for (R)nold.

You have the credability of your candidate. You just put blatent lies out there, and think no one is going to find out...like a child really...

These McClinton bots would rather see Davis or Bustimante win than a less conservative Republican. It is a very "French" attitude...actually pseudo-Libertarian. They think that armed revolution will create the power vacuum they need to step in and take over.

You have just made yourself look like the complete idiot you are:

Did I not say last Thursaday or Friday???

And is that post not LATE Wednesday night?

Are all your pontifications that accurate?

Man! What a defective bill of goods (A.S.) the mainline, RINO, establishment California GOP has on its hands now.

Imagine how many Conservatives and Freepers fell for this shill.

Thing is, (and I say this particularly to the Social Conservatives on FR) it is not too late tomorrow, in the voting booth, to vote one's conscience and one's total set of personal and political values, and to

COME HOME TO CONSISTENT CONSERVATISM, COME HOME TO TOM MCCLINTOCK

That may be right. However you do not hear or see McClintock saying that these are just allegations and should be ignored until proven. He has, however, stated that you should not vote for someone who would do the things that Arnold has been accused of doing.

So, he is trying to take advantage of this situation. This, you cannot deny.

Considering the debris that is doing the accusing, I wouldn't be too concerned...they are just off of their meds.

If he brought up the topic without provocation, sure. If he was asked a question about it by a reporter, then I disagree.

Hold on now, you are really digging a hole...

Are all your pontifications that accurate?

Lets explore this Howlin...

Did I not say last Thursaday or Friday???

OK What you said in #75 was I have only just started reposting at FR last Thursday or Friday after being gone for almost two weeks.

Meaning that you returned to whine for (R)nold beginning on Thursday or Friday. That up until that point, you had been on vacation for 2 weeks. I caught you in a lie.

Speaking of making yourself a complete idiot, if you want to say it was up until last Thursday or Friday, something from this Saturday will show your Total RINO Meltdown after that arbitrary date, you can take a trip down memory lane and read this insightful contribution. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/995154/posts?page=27#27

This whole disproving your charge of "lying" thing is really fun! Guess I should have known as soon I saw your feigning victimhood self whining that as soon as you used the word "lie" that it was untrue...

Would care to rephrase, restate, or amplify your remarks Howlin?

"Arnold didn't kill anybody" ... followed by something like "I think he'll make a great governor."

What's with the ellipses? Did you go to the Maureen Dowd school of journalism?

And everybody knows there's not a more unbiased source of news on the California primary than the Washington Post.

There are millions of Schwartzenegger supporters. (Unlike some candidates we will not mention.) At many levels of support. Leave it to the Washington Post to come up with that one.

I'd like to say I'm shocked, but I'm not. Typical gray davis.

Several of these bimbos got their "parts" in the films ala Lewinski on the fat, old producer. The Hollywood casting couch is not fiction. One bimbo works for gray. How convenient.

Not one of them has said Arnold had sex with them. Guess he rejected their advances. Star "mating" is a big deal to wannabe starlets. Let's do get real here.

No, I would not.

I said I returned Thursday or Friday after being gone for almost two weeks. So I posted LATE Wednesday night; big damn deal.

What the 4th has to do with this, I have no idea.

You appear desperate, not to mention psychotic.
