It's comments like this that make me long for the day when every single member of the GOP - including office holders - who is a moral conservitive first and fiscal conservitive second leaves the GOP and switchs to the Constitution Party (or start a completely new one) and let the remainder see how many members they have left. And it's attitudes like yours that make the Republican Party "the Stupid Party" when it comes to working together to get an agenda enacted.
Democrats don't all agree either, but most of the time they know how to work together to get things accomplished, rather than 'eating their own'.
The VAST majority of Dims agree with the overwhelming majority of Dim positions and the only ones who don't (Miller, Broux) live in places where a "normal" Dim could not get elected easily if at all.
Remember the case of former Gov. Casey and the warm reception his pro-life views recived at the Dim convention.
