TV host threatens suit over Arnold denial

LONDON, Oct. 4 (UPI) -- A British television host is threatening to sue Arnold Schwarzenegger for libel unless he confesses to groping her breasts against her will.

Friends of Anna Richardson told The Independent she was furious and may file suit against the California gubernatorial candidate, the Sunday paper reported.

Well, I DO wish the Arnold campaign would give more publicity to the witness who said that she jumped on Arnold's lap, told him to feel that her breasts were real (apparently that brings big ratings in the UK), and was later "escorted" from the room for her behavior. Or was that a different "gropee" that I'm remembering here?

Isn't this the "incident" where Arnold had a publicist with him, who denies it happened the way she described it? In fact, I believe the publicist said that ANNA was the one making the advances.

Perhaps she thinks she needs to sue to maintain what little is left of her credibility.

Who knows who did what to whom? All I see is a lot of people working to get publicity. Now that he's running against Davis, the idea of panning for the camera is an outrage.

Sheryl Main, a Hollywood publicist who has worked with Schwarzenegger on many films and accompanied him on his worldwide travels since 1995, said she was present at the interview with Richardson. Main said it was Richardson who provocatively approached Schwarzenegger. She said that after finishing the brief interview, Richardson rose, cupped her right breast in her right hand and said, "What do you think of these?" She then sat on his lap and was immediately escorted from the room, Main said. She contends that Richardson later concocted her story.
