[history]
The governor's cabinet, which rarely meets, is scheduled to convene Wednesday at 4 p.m., according to a source in the governor's office. They will be joined by all the other department directors at 4:45 p.m. In other news from the gov's inner sanctum, the New York Times reports that Davis aides have ordered storage boxes from the state archives and a list of approved vendors for shredding documents.

Certainly preserving info for Arnold would be sufficient reason.
However, I believe incrimminating Davis would also be justice for the California citizens--overdue justice.
And, it wouldn't hurt Bush in 2004.

The more of a mess Davis creates, the more he discredits his party in California for a generation or more.

We wish, and you would think that's the case. But what lasting damage has the national Dem party suffered as a result of Clinton's EOs and pardons before he left office? Heck, HE hasn't even suffered.

A local talk show host (radio, of course) said Friday that moving vans were scheduled to circle the Capitol building this Monday. It's good to know Davis will be in Sacramento on a rare visit. But the timing will be bad I doubt the vans will be allowed to operate through rush hour.
If Davis and the Democrat hacks who run Justice and State delay, delay, delay maybe there's enough money left over in somebody's recall funds to have the vans there everyday.
Of course, first things first. Davis has to be recalled and Schwarzenegger has to win. McClintock must come in second -- or win.

Congratulations. I duped your thread accidentally, and as a consequence, I just had my first thread on this forum pulled. I no longer a virgin.

It's all good -
vales valeo.
P.s., I got calls from both Al Gore and Bill Clinton within the last 48 hours, but they just kept talking and wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise, so I hung up on them.

That is what happens when you are their minion, to wit, in the subject theater, a Wesley Clark toadie, and NATO symp, with Kraut sympathies, and a hatred of Christianity under stress, except the Utashi (kill the Serbs for Hitler and Christ) kind. You listen to them, they don't listen to you. Their wish is your command, and old habits die hard.
