Some of his votes got lost??? The reality is he didn't vote for Bush. He didn't vote in that election.

I'm sorry you don't find putting a Kennedy scion in office very relevant, but I suspect the rest of California might.
It is a monumental bone-headed move by the CA G.O.P. that could have been easily mitigated if they through their support behind the candidate that embraces the platform.

You are right - it is the real deal - and Tom is the only one fit to govern this state. The CA G.O.P. had a choice - and it made a bad one.

Better pray that Maria has no interest in politics or you can kiss California and the nation goodbye for the next generation - or more.

While you are examing the trees with a microscope, you are missing the forest. This is NOT a primary between Republican candidates.

It's either Schwarzenegger or Bustamante.

Tom has ZERO chance of winning, he had zero chance from the beginning, but by now it should be obvious to even his most devoted supporters.

If you want Bustamante, just say so, that will be the result of your vote, if you insist on casting it for McClintock.

Considering the Dem slime campaign against Arnold, the 5-10% of the votes cast or not cast for McClintock may well decide whether we have Bustamane or Schwarzenegger: strengthen Dem control of CA or break it.

I just saw Maria Shriver insult her husband and conservatives in general on nationwide TV. Just before the start of the award ceremony, the reporter was interviewing some of the arriving guests and talked to Arnold and his wife Maria Shriver. After Arnold made his non-political comments about how hard people both behind and in front of the camera work, the reporter asked Maria, "We know you two don't agree on politics, but do you agree on the awards here tonight?" Then Shriver immediately felt compelled to say that they actually agree on politics a lot too. "HE REALLY ISN'T AS CONSERVATIVE AS YOU THINK." Yeah, we know what you mean, Maria. If he was as conservative as we think, you'd be embarrassed of him in front of all your entertainment and network friends, wouldn't you? Maybe McCain gave her a bad taste for Republicans.

Not what I'd call an auspicious start to the program,IMHO. I wonder what other anti-conservative/anti-American sentiment will follow?
