On Fox News Live (Breaking)...
Fox News reports that the Davis Administration has sought the services of document shredding companies. The implication is that he thinks that there is a good chance he will be kicked out of office, and this is a desperate attempt to destroy incriminating evidence.
Tony Snow and guest suggest that the GOP should seek a restraining order to prevent the destruction of potential material evidence...

If I remember correctly, it's called the "Slash-And-Burn" retreat.

Yes, shredders are a big seller to the left.
Looks like a job for the Justice Dept.

Here's hoping a few disgruntled mucky-mucks start saving the hard copies. Here's a clue, there aren't a few disgruntled employees. Virtually the whole town of Sacramento hates the man.
The problem with sqeezing Davis is that the paper trail also leads toward interests that include some of Arnold's supporters (I don't know if it is the same companies but the policies and the players reflect the same interests). With Bill Lockyer in office, don't expect any prosecutions. It'll be just like when Bush came into office after Bubba. "Let's move on."

Better yet, some FReeper get a hold of AHnold's people and tell them to wake up a judge.
There's a reason this is happening on a Sunday (or at least it's when we heard of it).

I read about a process for reconstructing shredded documents. If you can get the bags before they're burned you scan all the pieces -- software reconstructs them.

But will the Pubbies file such an order on Monday and get some legs out of the this? Noooooo, they're too nice.

Unfortunately, the shredder you showed looked like the one Saddam's boys used on PEOPLE! Headfirst, if you hadn't p*ssed them off too much, feetfirst, if you had.
