Crist's office has said no record can be found of anyone filing an abuse report regarding Terri's plight. If even one such record exists, the Atty Gen office could step in on that grounds, regardless of how the report was dealt with or the conclusion reached!

That sounds unbelievable! How can that be?

One thing that crosses my mind is this: lawyers, even if they are supposed to be defending one's interests, often do not. Is the Schindlers' lawyer a good one?

Here's an example of a bad lawyer:

I have a friend who is in the middle of a horrible divorce, whose husband cheated on her for years, is stealing everything, has committed criminal acts, is a dope taker and grower, and has bought property in Mexico intending to steal the kids. My friend's lawyer does nothing.

Yes! I read that as well! See my post #64. Either he is lying or this is ANOTHER example of a major screw-up. As I have said before, what the heck is going on down there?!!
