Yes but don't you see? The Plan is utterly brilliant and a master stroke of political skullduggery.
Even if RUSH is in no way involved whatsoever, it looks like he is guilty of something because the powers that be are saying there is not enough evidence to convict him.
I am telling ya whoever is behind this "Mother of all October Surprises" is really good!
Look at what we have got now:
Arnold is a girl-groping-Nazi-lover, Rush is pill-popping drug smuggler and President Bush is guilty of treason by way of exposing an super secret undercover CIA operative.
You got to admit this bunch had their ducks in a row to pull this all off at the same time!
And I hope they end up smoking a turd in hell for all of eternity!!
The Enquirer is safe. For Limbaugh to win a suit against the Enquirer, he would have to prove not only that the results were false but that the Enquirer was maliciously reckless in printing it. If Palm Beach County was, indeed, investigating Limbaugh then the Enquirer has the "basis of truth" with which to print the story, even if the county doesn't believe there is enough evidence to win in court.
The Enquirer makes their living doing this and the only way they would be in hot water is if Cline's story is completely a fraud, meaning she never worked for Limbaugh and never discussed painkillers.
Do you think Limbaugh or Black is stupid enough to see this dragged through the courts? That would be far worse. The tabs know this and so they can print these things on the flimsiest of evidence as long as it has some basis in truth. They are reporting that Limbaugh's former housekeeper claims he bought painkillers off the black market. The county confirms he is part of an investigation for such. That's all the "proof" they need, whether it is grossly inaccurate or exaggerated or not.
Yes, it stinks, but that's the law. It's the same way those "Clinton love child" stories come out which turned out to be false.
