My cholesterol went down 60 points.

On this diet, you can't cheat. One day with lots of carbs will set you back a week. Several days with lots of carbs and you will gain weight.

If you plan to cheat from time-to-time, look for another diet. This doesn't work like Weight Watchers. You can't bank your carbs.

Well I ditched the apple last night at work and decided to start "liking" cantelope......I'll cut it up in chunks and have that.....Also strawberries.....I used to love eating them frozen anyway......So far I really haven't had a one day "binge" on carbs.....Also when I eat frozen entree's I throw out the rice/pasta.....something I never did before......my cholesterol is low I was worried that it would go up.....Sounds like you and "Atkins" are a match made in heaven!!!!!!!!
