your plateau, have you tried cutting out the franken-food (bars, shakes, etc.)? If you aren't doing franken-food, but still are stalled, try drinking more water. You might also be sensitive to nuts or cheese. Try cutting those out and see what happens.
What is "franken-food bars"? Are these the low carb bars? Do they keep you from loosing weight? I have 1-2 a day and my weight is slooooooow to come off.

"franken-food" are the lo carb bars, shakes, etc. that are not natural food. they seem to cause a stall in some people.
