Your recipe for Cauliflower Cheese Puffs is yummy. I made these this afternoon and there are few left. I must tell you though, this would be excellent as a side dish instead. Don't bake the little puffs, just serve the whole thing like you would mashed potatoes. Wonderful stuff.....
