After the first two weeks your protein consumption will level off. At least mine did. I eat a about 4-6 oz maximum per meal, just a regular portion of meat/protein source balanced with non starchy veggies, a small portion of whole non refined carbs and a good fat. That's all I can eat. This way of eating suppresses the appetite naturally, which is what most of us who find success on this plan have needed.
