The only legitimate issue with regard to the Indian money is Bustamante's Illegal use of it.
Credibility is an issue. Avoidance of even the appearance of impropriety is another. And, judging by the poll numbers, McClinton has ruined his credibility and made it obvious that he had no other choice than to take the Indian money.
