I don't support him for a few reasons, in California, he can't win, his positions are beyond the level of electability. Also, while I am a Republican, I am not part of the religious right republican crowd, nor do I like having them in office.

I lean towards the Republican Libertarian side. I have a great congressman in AZ, Jeff Flake, a damn good man. Hopefully after his next term when he steps down voluntarily because of term limits (which no other AZ congressman had the balls to follow, except his predecessor) he will run for Governor here.

Fair enough.

Jeff Flake's definitely one of the good guys. You're lucky.

Well, I used to be lucky; they redistricted me out of his district, I am saddled with the blubbering buffoon, JD Hayworth. A marginal dullard with an uncanny ability to devote the higher parts of his brain to seeking out TV cameras and hair care products, at the expense of any meaningful cognitive functions.

He is kinda like Hoss on Gunsmoke when he is trying to read a kindergarten book, except its not a humourous situation...
