The Democrats tend to think that the Hispanics don't want to learn English, want to stay poor, and need to be advanced just because of their race. The Republicans tend to think that Hispanics are all gang members, illegal aliens, Spanish speaking separtists that want to turn the Southwest over to Mexico.
