I was about to post a reply saying "That's the most schizophrenic thing I've ever heard from a liberal."
I don't like how he uses the worst examples of people calling themselves Republicans as representative of all of us. If liberals were intellectually honest, they'd take their own faithful to task for their single-issue fickleness (abortion, gun control, whatever that single issue is).
Conservatism is a way of life, not something you should hitch to because they nominally support your pet issue.
