ELF = Green Jihadist Eco Terrorists
It is past time to treat these criminals as green heroes.
They are a clear and present danger to America/Americans. They don't do peaceful protests, they destroy jobs, business equipment, businesses and homes.
Put a bounty of them and arrest them. Try and convict them. Make them work for a $/day to repay the victims of their Eco Terrorist Acts.

A bounty would be a good thing. Frankly, law enforcement worked better when they were more common.
