People say, "How do the kids get the message that you're serious about drugs when you allow _________".
You start paying attention to the small stuff, and people think you are. Worked in New York.
My theory anyways.
Oh please... Kids are driven by peer pressure.. everyone knows that's the driving force behind drug usage. When it's there.. use it. That will always be the golden rule. The whole point of being a teenager is rebel. Laws don't matter at that stage.
