He should just issue a blanket apology and move on, Why? Suppose he was set up? Why can't you wait until the facts come out, or is it the seriousness of the charge more important than the truth?That part of my post referred to the ESPN comment, not the alleged substance abuse.

If it hasn't been mentioned before, the National Enquirer has a cute little habit of only publishing half of the evidence they have on someone, wait for them to strongly deny it in public, and then publish the rest of it and seal the person's fate. Something to think about as you listen to Rush today.
