I'll take him at his word and wait. Innocent until proven guilty in my book, and even if he is guilty, so what.

I agree...I am willing to wait until his side of the story comes out (Always TWO sides donchyano!!).
I would hope if I were ever in a similiar predicament, I'd have a lawyer smart enough to advise me not comment on guilt or innocence....that can only get you into further trouble down the road..and particularly in Rush's case. YOU KNOW the media is hanging on his every word.

I agree... IF HE IS 'GUILTY' OF THE DRUG ALLEGATIONS.. SO BE IT!
Most of us will still support him & he will no doubt get a new level of respect for the Hollyweird set.
we all have skeletons in our closet & some get caught & some do not.
I believe this whole set of events this week will only make him a stronger presence for Conservative thought

I'm with you. Rush would be wise to wait until there is a determination on whether or not he is being accused of committing an illegality before admitting/denying anything. Rabid Freepers hoping to get satisfaction today are just going to have to wait. None of us will ever have to endure the attempted assasination that Rush is going through, so we ought to shut up and support the man until HE is ready to fill us in.
