Hey, attorneys are hired by scum all the time. I can't really blame him for being good enough that both high-rollers and society's dregs seek to employ him when they get caught breaking the law.

No, wouldn't blame him for being on the short list of legalistas whenever druglords are looking for representation but there is some indication that he's not completely above board.

In the case of F. Lee Bailey, he may have deep-sixed a rival to edge his way into a case where a big $$$ payoff in cash was possible. See also the previously posted article where he describes the unorthodox delivery of his fee at one time.

He also may be in the Chris Lehane/Al Gore inner circle rolodex judging by his involvement with Howard Glicken previously posted. Makes his current association with a Housekeeper all the more curious since she - to the best of our knowledge - isn't in any legal hot water.

Circumstantial, sure but it smells of a setup, IMO.
