You really dated yourself. I listened to that when I was a kid. Wasn't that done by Micky Katz (father of Joel Gray)? If I remember right, the flip side presented a telephone conversation between a tennant and his landlord about the "vind" that blew his shutter down. Great Yiddish humor.
