I believe that Arnold said his behavior was sometimes bad and he thought at the time it was playful (or something along that wording). He then said he realized that it may have been offensive and apologized to anyone he may have offended.
IF you were realistic and grounded, you would realize that there are many possible scenarios here. Assuming the worst is what a lot of people do. In fact, you are joined in company with Bob Mulholland, who is already calling it crime (on FNC). You must be proud.
