That's another good point...if the ENQUIRER didn't pick up on him having a drug problem either 1) before the time of his hearing loss (in which cause the esteemed House Clinic lied about it not being a cause); 2) at any time in the last couple years during which he's had exceptionally high-profile medical treatment; 3) while he's been taking the pills or 4) while he was supposedly in rehab... Then why didn't they at least pick up on this in the past year? They have no one in the P.D. or D.A.'s office who would leak to them?

That is what is alleged. The folks actually doing the investigation won't confirm or deny the allegations. The paper doesn't say who it confirmed the investigation with. Could be that this Wilma is some crack(no pun intended)pot who was trying to blackmail Rush a ways back and just made up a story on him. The story lacks credibility to be sure.

The whole thing sounds like garbage,maybe plausable, but especially for a celebrity criminal case they would take a long time to build up an airtight case. Palm Beach county has a huge black market in pain killers and anti-depressants. I hope it is just BS, I will be praying all night,and so should anyone that cares about Rush. Send those donations in to the gop,this will be all out war. We will be hearing a racist (Cong weenie Wiener) call Rush a racist on Scarborough while using a racist term "redneck" to refer to a country type football fan.
