The dims might not allow a black quarterback, but they still have a position for blacks to play----it's called "voter", and to show their appreciation to them, oftentimes the dims will provide transportation to the "game" and other perks, just for punching the right holes.
I've even heard tales of dim workers providing (OMG!) cigaretes to get people to the polls. Strange world we live in.
