Yep, I agree with macamadiamia (Post 481), my only addition to the thought was that it deserves to have have a thread of its own.

I noticed that after I posted. I was reading from bottom to top trying to catch up with what was current, I started to fall way behind. ;-)

it's not as homoginated as you might think.

No, of course not. Most are good people who just want a 'good job'. It's the ones with ambition that scare me. No matter what department or agency they are in, they have the power of the state and all that entails to back them up. Not to mention the abillity to call on 'muscle' from other parts of 'The Government'. You were there, I'm sure you saw the abuses, and most of the non-abusers just keep their mouths shut.

I may be a little extra jaded living in the midst of one of the most corrupt counties in the country. ;-)
