We just lost a wildly popular conservative radio announcer in the Rochester market for a dumb comment perceived as racist. His punishment was 2 days suspension, then 5, then diversity training. Drip, drip, drip. He was fulfilling all the above plus two apologies. He wrote "Whose Side Are You On" on his personal website and was fired within hours.
