According to Miller, he got religion during the Juliani administration when he suddenly noticed that crime was down, the city was cleaner, etc..

Seemed like EVERYONE had forgotten his [Dennis Miller] SNL days. Miller has admitted that Sep 11 changed his views about a lot of things. Also, wasn't Franken writing SNL material then?
