I afraid this is bogus. Who's the culprit? I am the one who posted it. I can assure you that the story appeared on the Dow Jones News wire at 3:22pm EST. Dow Jones credits AP.
Now, if the story is false, you will have to take it up with Dow Jones or AP or their sources.

BTW, Pete I'm not calling you into question. I'm referring to the wire story. I think it's a rumor. Hope I'm wrong, 'cuz it would be HUGH! Thanks for bringing it up anyhoo...

I understand. I wouldn't cast dispersion, that why I'm not pointing a finger at you. I keep wondering why some people could see the WMD headline but others (me) could not. This is very curious.

Wonder if the headline got yanked? I mean, if you came across it you would continue to see it after it was yanked unless you hit "refresh."
And, if it was yanked, that would really be interesting.
WTF is going on?

Thanks for the great catch. After reading your post, I was able to capture the story also, (see post #23), so I can verify that indeed Dow Jones did have this posted at 19:22.
The DJ site breaking news posts fall off as more recent news articles appear.
Dow Jones is usually reliable. Maybe this "leak" and unname source will pan out.
