Arab Times has nothing. Al-Seyassah is in Arabic, and I don't have arabic fonts installed on this computer (As if that would really make that much of a difference).

That is just where I had gotten to. Al-Seyassah, the source of the story, is indeed in Arabic. I am looking for an online Arabic/English translator. (I used to know where one was).

There's only a headline at Kuwait News English language summary site -- sounds like they got the materials but not the smugglers?
