Fine. If you can do 45 in a 45 mph lane, more power to you. But, if you piddle along at 15 mph, we will have problems. Slowing down traffic and presenting a movable obsticle is a traffic hazard.

I am an avid biker, and when I ride on public roads, I stay as far to the right as possible, so it is easy for cars to pass me safely.
However, it infuriates me to see these spandex-covered twinks on their road bikes who insist on riding in the center of the lane.
