Myself, I grew up here and know who and what I am dealing with and this is largely a liberal town of posers who are tootsieroll pops. Hard on the outside, soft and squishy inside behind the wheel.
When I was a paratrooper, I was way more careful about tangling with dead minds driving. Ft. Bragg/Fayetteville/Spring Lake has thousands of drivers at least as formitable as I can be and more. You have to size up the situation and react appropriately based on where you are as much as anything else.
A friend of mine flipped off a horn honker in the turn lane. He was on a Harley and it had stalled. The driver calmly got out, shot him in the buttocks with a 22 cal. revolver - one in each cheek - and calmly drove off. Now, that was cold.
