Let's keep it civil, people.

Ooh, yet another driver feels the need to express that his truck is big and can squish little bikers. It squishes a lot of things. The warning to you and bikers is this: don't argue physics laws when you are so far outclassed.
Be polite and you will not get run over, and remember that if you do break the traffic laws, and I wind up with your face decorating my grill, your insurance will be paying for the cleanup.
Cycling is fun (I do it myself). I'm just not going to be a sanctimonious a$$hole about it.

I don't know what your local ordinances say, but vehicles are not supposed to be pulling around each other to try to get to the front of the line at a red light.

Thanks for the concern, but we worked it out long ago - simple miscommunication.

Well, Motorists shouldn't have a problem with the bicyclists who follow the rules. Bicyclists shouldn't have a problem with motorists who follow the rules and don't try to hit the cyclists. If you drive/bike sensibly there shouldn't be a problem. THe jerks-- bicyclists or motorists should be treated as aberrations, the 0.01%

I really resent losers who look around each day to find another group to resent.
Hey, I resent that!

That's the down & dirty side of Arrakis that Frank Herbert wouldn't write about.

No, wrong, big boobs are not aerodynamic, they floop around in the wind.
..... and the problem with that is....?
Well, big ones can hit you in face when your bike goes over speed bumps and when zooming through traffic and they must be bound tight with a racing bra.
Leg hair must be shaved everyday, because those tiny little hairs actually grab the wind and slow you down.

Where did I argue physics laws? And should I get sanctimonious about drivers that break traffic laws and put me in danger?
I've driven vehicles a lot bigger than your little pickup - yet I've never felt the need to remind people in smaller vehicles that I could squish them.
