Yes, I agree. A mistaken capital punishment by a justice system that has significant proof of guilt is not even comparable to a murderer who maliciously takes a life.
To call those mistakes "heinous, atrocious, and cruel" is propaganda designed to influence.
Mistakes are irrevocable and extremely sad, but they are not cause to end the death penalty for those murders wherein unimpeachable guilt can be established.
