Drugs are bad, mmkay? However, I am convinced that a war on drugs is even worse. Prohibition didn't work for alcohol, and it doesn't work for drugs. This issue needs to be removed from the list of concerns of police and law enforcement, and made a concerm of medical professionals.

Prohibition didn't work for alcohol, and it doesn't work for drugs. Prohibition I was a dismal and destructive failure, but had the redeeming quality that people finally realized it was stupid and ended it; Prohibition II is even more destructive, because people have refused to acknowledge its stupidity.

(Why is it that the more "gun safety" laws are passed, the less safe my guns seem?)

It does seem that more and more people are beginning to see the light... we do need to keep the connection up in front of people, however...

"It does seem that more and more people are beginning to see the light... " I've often wondered what the vote would be if in a national election we could also vote on, say the decriminalization of marijuana. Even just an opinion poll tacked onto our ballots...
now that would be one set polling results I'd give credit and beats the heck outa a phone call during supper!

Good cartoon, but it is obvious from the placement of the hands that the cartoonist had not the faintest idea of how to use an axe.

It does look like he got the hands reversed. I see you've been browsing the archives.
