In a normal race their would have been a primary and the winner would be the only Republican in the race. So the Party to a large degree would be behind that candidate.... With this Jungle race it's every dog for himself with his faction trying to woo a few of the others.... This is typical Lousiana races everytime... Throw them all in a pot and let the top two run it off if no one gets a majority. Only in this CA race it's a plurality...
