The California Republican Party thinks Schwarzenegger is a great candidate ~ I can't argue as I'm not a California voter or a Republican ~ I'm an Independent living in Oregon. :-/
PS there are some "crazies" right here on FR, you've read the posts calling A.S. an "abortionist" yet, they offer no documentation showing where he performed an abortion.
For their information, abortion is federal law, not state law.

Only conservatives would be offended by that remark. As you can see on this thread, not many care...
To be fair, some are speechless.

The California Republican Party thinks Schwarzenegger is a great candidateThe 1400 voting members of the California Republican Party at the state convention never voted on the question.

I'll grant you that I don't always write clearly (espechially on a few sips of coffee) but I thought what I was saying is that if "name calling" is now an issue for FReepers to consider in the recall, there is plenty to go around here. I said "FR discussion threads" that's US bro . . . not McClintock. But I'll try to be clearer next time.
Have a nice day . . . don't forget to vote. ;^)

For their information, abortion is federal law, not state law. California's state funding of abortion, supported by Schwarzenegger, isn't mandated by federal law.

In response to your thoroughly researched facts, only four out of 22 posts (so far) are personal attacks.
Not bad. I expected worse.

Arnold's Hero ! In 2001, Buffett donated over $9 million to Planned Parenthood, the worlds largest abortion provider. According to Business Week, the Buffett foundation made a $20 million commitment to International Projects Assistance Services, a company that actually manufactures suction pumps used in abortion procedures.<p> Steve Mosher, director of the Virginia-based Population Research Institute, spoke on behalf of pro-life shareholders at the Berkshire Hathaway, Its the money to actually do the abortions
the nuts and bolts, the hard stuff that he funds.

You're so right, but I do prefer "McClintockBot" to "right wing crazy." A quirk, I guess. The purpose of this thread, of course, is to point out to Schwarzenegger's supporters who rely on the Walsh denial that there is more to this "right wing crazies" thing than they're apparently aware. After all, if they thought this was a non-issue, they wouldn't bother reposting the denial by Walsh.

The choices are simple.
1. Davis. We all know where he stands.
2. Cruz - Davis lite, and MechA member.
3. Arnold - Establishment candidate. Pro-choice, anti-2nd Amendment, says he's anti-tax but then has Buffett, Wilson, and Riordan as advisors. He's 'for the chillldren'. Wouldn't answer the question on Ward Connerly's initaitive. He MIGHT be alright fiscally, but there are a lot of doubts.
4. McClintock - Pro-life. Pro-2a. Anti-tax RECORD and stood up to Davis AND Wilson. Supports Connerly. Gives straight answers to questions.

Forgot to mention illegals. McClintock was the only one mentioning that issue.

Arnold is a trojan horse in the Republican Party. IF he is elected and IF he pulls California out of its morass (doubtful) then he will wield huge power in the Party and be very popular - able to deliver the CA Republican party primary votes to a liberal Republican opponent of Bush. Don't think he won't do it if this scenario works out - remember to whom he is married. Sen. Kennedy is licking his chops. If they can get Arnold in and IF they can get at least a semblance of CA being better off because he is governnor then Arnold/Kennedy will have a big clout in the party and they can try to dump BUSH - maybe get a liberal Republican to steal the nomination or at least damage BUSH so badly in the bloody battle to follow that he is extremely weakened.

1. Does a Vanity post qualify as Front Page news now, just as long as it bashed Arnold, even if it consists of lies?
2.The allegation was denied contemporaneously, published in the same article, which raised the allegation, which I posted here several times. I remember posting it to you the last time you were propagating these lies.
Here it is again -- even the title of the article includes the repudiation:
Prop. 54 backer: Schwarzenegger gave him an earful. Candidate's camp denies reported 'crazies' remark
Sean Walsh, a spokesman for Schwarzenegger, said Tuesday that the exchange "never happened."
"Someone did ask him his position on Proposition 54, and he expressed his concerns about the health-care aspects and educational aspects," Walsh said. "With regard to any additional comments, they never happened."

Well, it appears that some strategize to ignore threads like this, hoping they will die quickly. Not a problem, though... I just wanted to put it all together, as a reference. Zero attempts to refute any of it, I've noticed. Thanks for your comments.
