The Republicans. RR happened under Bush 1, didn't it? Waco began under Bush 1 and ended under Clinton.

I think the IMPORTANT thing is the PROSECUTION (Or really lack of) under Reno and the boys...

I simply don't think it would have turned out the same under Bush, either one of them.
