Bobby Kennedy was a political opportunist much like Hillary. I don't believe he was despised the same way Her Heinous is. He would have won the nomination in Chicago, but I doubt that he could have beaten Nixon.

Bobby was the hatchet man for the Kennedys. He was hated and feared as much as Hillary ever was.
He was despised on too many fronts.
Don't forget he worked for Roy Cohen on the HUAC......if I am not mistaken.
He also worked against organized crime....
Cries of 'carpet bagger' were common in NY....
Our culture is much more degraded now and people will accept the likes of her capetbagging heinous without the grief that RFK received.
