Since the "government" is filled with the Clinton moles, I do believe that the agenda is to have an investigation, which they hope to control through their media.
The stupid press will have everyone there to get the scoop and nobody left to cover what is really going on. It doesn't matter if there is nothing there it is to divert attention.
