Why not spend that $2 million on rounding up the ILLEGALS and protecting the borders? Seems to me the money would be better spent BEFORE allowing these things to happen.

I wish I had $2 million. I could string a triple roll of razor wire along the entire length of the border for that much. It isn't much, but it will slow them down somewhat and funnel them into known crossing points for interception and deportation.
