It's not just Wilson either. Someone high up in the Bush administration has told the Washington Post that it's true but has kept the names of the 2 leakers off the record.

Isn't the Washington Post the same paper that had "Deep Throat" as a source? Funny how Deep Throat has never surfaced. I think someone is making up sources and has been for 30 years.

These are serious charges, and the administration needs to let the FBI get to the bottom of it by opening up phone logs, allowing employees to be polygraphed, etc.

What are the charges, exactly? Read the Novak column:

Wilson never worked for the CIA, but his wife, Valerie Plame, is an agency operative on weapons of mass destruction. Two senior administration officials told me his wife suggested sending Wilson to Niger to investigate the Italian report. The CIA says its counter-proliferation officials selected Wilson and asked his wife to contact him. "I will not answer any question about my wife," Wilson told me.

So the only thing that Novak was tipped off to was that Wilson's wife suggested sending him to Niger to investigate. Novak's statement that Wilson's wife is an "agency operative" are unsourced. So what is there to be investigated? That two administration officials sais the Wilson's wife suggested sending him to Niger? Please.
