You are reading waaaaaaaay too much into my query. And we are likely spending too much time on a moot point. Still, I'll take another stab at it. I am simply curious about whether YoungKentuckyConservative was actually quoting Schwarzenegger or just using quotations for "effect".

It was for "effect", although Arnaaald does have a tendency to turn every issue into something for the children. That's a common leftist tactic, which is precisely what this new-age Ross Perot really is.
